Digital transformation for your team,
powered by tools we build ourselves

Most transformation programmes hand you a slide deck and a licence. We hand you working processes, built on a platform we engineer in-house, so the people designing the solution are the same people who can change the software behind it.

The gap

Transformation rarely fails on strategy. It fails on the tooling underneath it

The plan is usually sound. Then it meets software that can't bend to it, a vendor who can't change the product, and a consultant who leaves before adoption is proven.

Advice without hands

A roadmap gets delivered, then someone else has to build it. What was designed and what ships are two different things.

Tools that can't bend

The process gets reshaped to suit the software's limits, because nobody involved can change the software.

Handover, then silence

Go-live is treated as the finish line. Adoption, drift, and the next process change become your problem.

What we actually do

The solution is the transformation. The platform is how we deliver it

We are not here to sell you seats. We are here to take a business process that currently runs on email, spreadsheets, and goodwill, and turn it into something measurable that runs end to end.

Xtend One and the apps we build around it are the toolkit we reach for first, because we own the roadmap. When your process needs something the platform doesn't do yet, that's a build conversation with our own engineers, not a support ticket to a vendor who will never answer it.

Indigenous tools mean the answer is rarely "the software can't do that."

The usual arrangement

ConsultantSoftware vendorIntegrator

Three parties, three commercial interests, and nobody accountable for whether the process actually works.

Working with us

DesignBuildPlatformSupport

One team, one accountability line, from first call to ongoing maintenance.

The engagement

How a project runs, from first contact to ongoing support

Each phase has to earn the next one. If the pilot doesn't get used, we don't move to a full build. That discipline is deliberate.

01

Establishing contact

A first conversation with no pitch attached. You tell us where the friction is: the handoffs that break, the reports nobody trusts, the spreadsheets holding a department together. We tell you honestly whether this is something we can help with.

No commitment. No scoping fee.

02

Discoverability call

We go deeper with the people who actually do the work, not just the people who sign off on it. We map how information moves today, where it stalls, who re-enters it, and which processes are genuinely business-critical versus habit.

We map how your business runs, not how the org chart says it runs.

03

Hand-picking the foundation

From everything we learned, we pick the smallest set of modules and workflows that proves the case. This becomes the base for a working proof of concept and a demo built on your data and your process, not a generic sandbox.

A narrow base, chosen deliberately. Not a full rollout on day one.

04

Pilot users and dry run

We onboard a small group of real users and let them run the system alongside their day job. Then we watch. Adoption tells the truth that requirement documents never do: where people hesitate, what they route around, which steps they quietly skip.

Adoption is the metric. Everything else is an assumption.

05

Refinement

We take what the dry run exposed and rework it. Fields that nobody filled get removed. Approvals that stalled get restructured. Screens that confused people get rebuilt. This loop runs until the pilot group prefers the new way to the old one.

We change the system to fit the work, not the other way around.

06

End-to-end build

With the pattern proven, we extend it across the full process: every team, every handoff, every integration point, and the reporting layer on top. Where the platform is the right tool, we build on it. Where a specialist system is genuinely better, we bring it in and connect it properly.

One process, running end to end. Not eight tools pointed at each other.

07

Run and maintain

Transformation is not a project that ends at go-live. We stay on for ongoing support, changes as your business shifts, new workflows as new needs appear, and the platform upgrades that come with being built on software we own.

The people who built it are the people who maintain it.

Xtend One and our own apps

CRM, Projects, Service, ITSM, HRMS, Payroll, Expenses, Approvals, Forms, Docs, Automation, and Analytics on one data model. This is where most of a process lands, because it removes the integration work entirely.

Third-party systems, where they earn it

Statutory accounting, industry-specific machinery, a system you are contractually tied to, a specialist tool your team already relies on. We connect it properly rather than pretend it isn't there.

One process across both

Whatever the mix, the process is designed as a single flow with one reporting layer on top. You shouldn't have to know which system a step lives in.

The toolkit

Xtend One first, but never Xtend One only

We lead with our own platform because it is faster, cheaper to change, and removes the integration tax. But a transformation that ignores the systems you're already committed to isn't a transformation, it's a replacement project in disguise.

So where a specialist system is genuinely the better answer, we bring it in, wire it into the flow, and take responsibility for the seam.

The right tool for the process, not the tool that suits our invoice.

How we work

Proof before scale, every time

Big-bang rollouts fail quietly for months before anyone admits it. We would rather put a narrow slice in front of real users early and let their behaviour decide whether the design holds.

Small base. Real users. Then scale.

Observation over requirements
Adoption over sign-off
Ownership over handover

Start with a conversation, not a contract

Tell us which process is costing you the most right now. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people to fix it.
